Nice dinner in this Korean / Japanese restaurant. Tucked away in the Ginheim Frankfurt district. I personally never get excited when I see a dog walking in the owner's kitchen / restaurant. Only saw this after dinner, the food in itself was good. A little more explanation from the staff of what was on the table would have been useful. But unfortunately they knew neither the English nor the German language. Nice and varied by the side dishes and more than sufficient. After the food and drink had been put on the table, the service did not come to us to ask if it was good or if something to drink had to be served.

The best Dolsot Bibimbap I have ever eaten. Every dish has small bowls with side dishes (banchan) that are refilled again and again. What pleased me the most was the rather large vegetarian offer. There is little vegetarian food in Korea, and most restaurants in the area only have bibimbap. However, there are still various udon and ramen dishes that are also vegetarian. I am not sure that they can also be prepared vegan. With bibimbap you can e.g. just leave the egg out. In terms of taste, our food was great! The waitress and owner were all super friendly and were obviously pleased with our compliments for the delicious food. I'm already looking forward to my next visit :)

The small family dog ​​sits outside in good weather, otherwise at the reception. He is well brought up and hardly attracts attention. As a hotel - NOT RECOMMEND! 1 destroyed bathroom for the whole building, small tiny and smelly kitchen towels :( Etap-ibis for the same price are x10 time better!!! Even F1-motel is x5 better than this dog house to be honest..and cheaper to! NEVER AGAIN

The front desk can not even reasonable German, understands a accordingly hardly and is VERY rude! No, I did not use your hotel, because I could not even book, because nobody understood me. Only after a 5-minute conversation with the lady I was forwarded to another lady who could tell me even in very broken German that you did not have enough capacity.

Quality food in a cozy and quiet setting. There is also a hotel upstairs. Our food was delicious and the Korean side dishes great. The Kimchi is unique and very much alive. The Udon Teriyaki noodles were amazing...in part because they kept moving after being served ( the panko flakes that is...). Check it out!

There was a smell in my room

It’s a very good Korean restaurant. Cold starters are typical. Miso soup cook with real seafood. BBQ with beef is delicious.

When we first walked past we were surprised to find a Korean restaurant, and when we tried it we were then surprised by the quality of food, since it's a really small restaurant in the edge of the suburbs. But since discovering this place we've been back many times, and we enjoy the homey atmosphere very much. The menu is rather small, but the few dishes we've tried were all good. Staff members are all very friendly. On weekdays we never needed reservations, but on weekends it gets pretty busy.

I paid $166 for this accommodation for 2 people and in my opinion it wasn't worth it. All we had was a twin room. We had heating and a TV but only 2 channels! Both shower and toilet were downstairs and shared between all 8 rooms in the hotel. The beds weren't very comfortable and the walls were extremely thin so could here the other rooms! That made it hard to sleep because there were some rowdy people there when I was there. On the.plus side, it is very close to the subway and supermarkets! :)

The village is very quiet and nice to rest. It also has a Korean restaurant. The food is very clean and delicious. It is good enough to visit because of the food. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the kindness of the owners couple. While staying at the hotel, they treated me like family.

Living in Frankfurt, I have been to many Korean restaurants. Some are pretty bad (too much MSG in food) and some are quite good. But, this place, SANMARU, is truly the best of the best. You can actually feel the real Korean taste, especially from the soups. On top of that, they provide awesome food at a reasonable price. If you live in Frankfurt and already got sick of other Korean restaurants, this is the place to visit. I can guarantee that the cuisine the chef brings you will exceed your expectation!
